ER collets with cooling channel ER16 - ER40 (10 µm)

Features : Sealed ER collets with cooling channels similar to DIN ISO 15488A class 1 (10µm run-out)

  • single-slotted
  • only the nominal size can be clamped
  • Spring steel, hardened and ground

Application: For clamping tools with cylindrical shaft in ER chucks according to DIN ISO 15488 (formerly DIN 6499).

  • The tool to be clamped must be clamped along the clamping length of the collet bore hole in order to achieve a full sealing
